On behalf of the Westside Children’s Camp Inc. and Camp Condor, it’s Board of Directors and Officers our sincere “Thank You” to all of the Volunteers and Staff that made Camp Condor 2008 a huge success! Along with the Los Padres Outfitters horse back riding , Eric the reptile man, JD Seibert the Cowboy Poet, the campers met the Bakersfield Condors Mascot Baby Cal along with hockey player defenseman #20 Scott Balan. Camp Condor 2008 was a “Wild West” theme and campers received Camp shirts, hats and bandanas as part of their registration fee. Campers had plenty of fun at night also with campfire sing a longs, skits, karaoke, movie night, dancing, and night hikes. We had a very good group of campers and a wonderful staff this year several which received a new rag or chevron.
