Graveside funeral services will be held in the West Side District Cemetery on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. for longtime Maricopa resident, Brenda Ogletree, 58. Brenda was born in Bakersfield on August 29, 1951 and passed away in Bakersfield on May 12, 2010. She loved to play Bingo and watch her grandchildren play ball. Brenda also loved Jimmy Johnson and the Dodgers. She is preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Hazel Clark; her four sisters; and by her son, Allen Ogletree, Jr. Brenda is survived by her husband, Allen Ogletree of Maricopa; her daughter and her husband, Melinda and Tom Houston of Maricopa; her grandchildren, Jason and Shad Ogletree, Kristofer and Kayla Houston, and David Ogletree; her six sisters and their spouses; her one brother; her three brothers-in-law and their spouses; her sister-in-law; and by her numerous nieces and nephews.
