Oilworkers Monument Foundation Ready for Bronze Artwork

Local businessmen Charlie Beard and Bob Colston stand on the foundation of the Oilworkers Monument where a 30 foot tall bronze derrick will be delivered near the end of April and placed on the newly poured foundation. The monument, which will be dedicated during Oildorado, will be completed by October and presented to the public in an unveiling ceremony on October 15th.
