REBA SUE STONER

Reba Sue Stoner was born to L. Merle and Sudie Bull in Bakersfield, California on February 6, 1942. She attended local schools and graduated from East Bakersfield High School in June, 1959. After her marriage to her high school sweetheart, Ken Stoner, Reba enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom, actively involved in all aspects of her young sons' lives. Her interests and hobbies were many, including bowling, reading Ann Rule mysteries, her sons, her grandchildren, her animals, gardening, travel to fun and interesting places, and following and rooting for the Angels and the Clippers. Reba was preceded in death by her parents and her older brother, Ronald. She is survived by her sons, Rob Stoner and his wife, Alisha, Kyle Stoner and Kendall Stoner and his wife, Lisa; her grandchildren, Brent Bay, Bradley Stoner, and Zane and Shaylee Stoner; her sister, Verla Phillips; her nieces, a nephew, cousins, and many friends who will all cherish her memory. There will be a memorial funeral service at the Erickson & Brown Funeral Home located at 501 Lucard Street, on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. and reception at the Taft Moose Lodge immediately following.
