Tuesday, March 2nd was National Read Across America Day which was celebrated on the birthdate of the late Dr. Seuss to kick off National Reading Month for the entire month of March. In honor of Dr. Seuss Katrina Young dressed up as the Cat in the Hat and read to students at Parkview Elementary with Taft Mayor Dave Noerr.
