Matthew Wiseman of OceaNZ hands Kevin Payne, Chef and Co-Owner of OT Cookhouse a check for finishing in 3rd place in the New Zealand Blue Abalone Receipe Contest held in Southern California recently. O.T. Cookhouse features the special Abalone treat on their menu, which is described as a Blue Abalone Pasta Comnbo featuring Abalone Lasazna and Abalanoe Fetticini with grilled squash and tomatoes, served with Garlic bread. It comes very highly recommended by the chef!
