War of State band members Tyson Noyes, Jay Westbrook, Will Hudson and Scott Rowson will play at Club H20 in Taft on Friday, September 11th along with several other local bands in what is billed as a “Starts n Stripes Fest”. The rock and punk music band, is headlining the evening affair, and will be accompanied by Mother Puncher, Heroz, Keef the Freek, Along Came a Spider, and special guests Mike Z and Tom Porter. Cost is $10.
