The Taft City Council will discuss a proposed 49 unit apartment complex that would be built on the city owned Rail-to-Trails property at the council meeting this Tuesday.
The city received an inquiry from AMG / Pacific Companies for a 3 story, 49 unit housing development that would be constructed at the corner of Supply Row and 4th Street adjacent to downtown Taft.
The proposed development would be composed of two 24 unit buildings, a community building with a 3 bedroom dwelling for a resident manager, and outdoor recreational facilities. The 48 rental units would include 24 2-bedroom units, and 24 3-bedroom units.
